Node, fulcrum, crossroads: China today is the hub for Asia. BSL has thus enlarged its expertise and its connections with external professionals, in order to assist companies interested into penetrating the Asian markets, having Italy or China as starting point. Main activities of BSL Asian Practice are incorporation of companies and registration offices, as well as contracts drafting and negotiations assistance.

BSL further assists its clients to delocalize productive enterprise from China to the South East Asia. Key area of practice is the assistance rendered to Italian companies ready to develop franchising and retail networks on the Asian markets.

By means of coordinating its local correspondents, BSL monitors all legal aspects of the Asian project, from contractual and human resources matters, to coordination of prospective local commercial disputes, and thus supports its clients in the management of all project’s legal areas, with ready feedbacks available directly in Italy at the clients’ office.
