Paola Bernardi is an Italian qualified lawyer and leads the Italian Practice. Since 1998, Paola has assisted Italian companies operating in China with regards to corporate and contractual matters, M&A and IP. Thanks to her hands-on experience and based in China for more than 10 years, Paola is capable of presenting clients with an operational approach from the very first meeting, analyzing in a detailed and comprehensive manner their investment projects in Asia.

A brilliant lawyer qualified in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), she has extensive experience in PRC Civil Law, laws applicable to foreign investment as well as litigation. Rita welcomes the foreign investor and provides support on the ground, a wealth of knowledge and efficiency in the local implementation of the decisions made in Italy.
Erica De Stales is a well-rounded professional with 17-year experience in China and unmatched knowledge in the Chinese language. Erica coordinates the translation work: she ensures timeliness and efficiency and supervises the accuracy of contracts, reports and memorandum prepared by translators in Italian, Chinese and English.
